The Volunteer Spam Task Force is a group of Wikia users who have volunteered to help keep Wikia clear and free of spam. The task force is made up of users who act in the interests of the greater Wikia community by helping keep Wikia vandal and spam free. To do this they have been given additional user rights that allow them to detect, delete and block spam. You can report spam on the VSTF Wikia. Please be sure to read their policies first.

Pyrrha User:Pyrrha Omega Central Wall Skype VSTF IRC Channel Pyrrha Omega first edited Wikia on June 25 2012, with his original name "Thomasguy8". He joined the VSTF team in April 2014.	UAM User:ゆ Central Wall Skype VSTF IRC Channel ゆ has been editing on Wikia since June 2013 under the name "UselessArgonianMage", and joined the VSTF in April 2014. Rain User:Dragon Rainbow Central Wall Skype VSTF IRC Channel Dragon Rainbow spends most of their Wikia time on the german Clash of Clans Wiki and joined the VSTF in October 2014. VSTF Bot is an automated and experienced spam fighting robot. It is comprised of two frameworks. Half of it is an adaptation of stewbot of Wikimedia. The other half consists of scripts developed by VSTF member sactage. She only answers to members of the Spam Task Force, so if you have questions regarding an action taken by the bot, please contact one of the above members.

Tools

Task force members have most of the same privileges as local administrators, but on all wikia; they also have access to a few extra tools that help them react quickly and effectively to find and remove vandalism and spam. It's important to note that they do not replace or "outrank" local administrators. The local community and the local admins are responsible for their wikia-specific tasks; but the task force is only there to help with cleaning cross-Wikia spam, and reverting vandalism on quiet or inactive wikias.
